Admissions Open: Trans ACNR Academy Launches Transport Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician – Master Level Course

India’s transport industry is undergoing a period of considerable transformation. Electric buses are replacing diesel fleets on city routes. Temperature-controlled logistics networks are expanding into tier-two and tier-three cities. Railway corridors are being modernised with climate-controlled rolling stock. Across every one of these sectors, the demand for skilled, industry-certified HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and refrigeration technicians continues to grow – and the supply of qualified professionals has not kept pace with this demand.

Trans ACNR Solutions Private Limited – a manufacturer of transport air conditioning and refrigeration systems established in 2003 – announces that admissions are now open for the Transport Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician – Master Level Course at Trans ACNR Academy, Shahjahanpur, Rajasthan.

This 12-month, industry-immersive programme is designed to produce the next generation of technically proficient, employment-ready technicians – trained directly by the organisation that manufactures and services the very systems they will maintain in the field.

  • Application Deadline: 30 April 2026
  • Course Start Date: 6 July 2026
  • Programme Duration: 12 Months

Why Trans ACNR Academy - and Why Now?

With over two decades of engineering operations, Trans ACNR Solutions works across demanding environments in India and the United Arab Emirates. Our systems cool intercity buses navigating the Rajasthan desert in peak summer, maintain precise temperatures inside pharmaceutical cold chain trucks crossing state borders overnight, and manage thermal loads in electric commercial vehicles where battery health depends directly on the performance of thermal management systems.

In each of these applications, a critical link between engineering design and operational performance is the technician in the field. A well-trained technician does not merely fix a breakdown – they prevent it. They protect passenger comfort, preserve cargo integrity, and extend the operational life of assets worth lakhs of rupees.

Trans ACNR Academy was established to address the skills gap at precisely this level. Rather than training generic technicians, we train specialists – individuals who understand how transport thermal systems behave across different vehicle types, climate zones, and use cases, and who are equipped to resolve complex technical challenges independently.

A Programme Built Around Real-World Readiness

The curriculum is structured across two equal phases, each of six months, designed to bridge theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on competence.

Phase 1 – Training Centre (Months 1–6)

Participants undergo structured classroom instruction and practical laboratory sessions at Trans ACNR Academy’s purpose-built training facility in Shahjahanpur, Rajasthan – located near Neemrana, a growing industrial corridor in northern India. This phase covers the principles of transport air conditioning, refrigeration thermodynamics, electrical systems, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance – all taught using the actual systems manufactured and deployed by Trans ACNR and its brand, JTAC.

Phase 2 – On-Site Deployment (Months 7–12)

The second phase places participants within live operational environments – at fleet depots, bus body builder yards, service touchpoints, or logistics hubs – where they apply their training under the mentorship of experienced Trans ACNR field engineers. This on-site immersion is designed to prepare graduates for independent technical operation from the commencement of their employment.

Financial Support During Training

Trans ACNR is committed to ensuring that financial constraints do not prevent motivated individuals from accessing this opportunity. For the entire 12-month duration of the programme, all participants receive:

Training Stipend & Support Benefits

  • A monthly stipend of ₹6,000 throughout the 12-month programme.
  • A choice of either an additional monthly allowance of ₹6,000 – bringing total monthly support to ₹12,000 – or complimentary food and accommodation facilities at the training centre.

This two-tiered support model is designed to accommodate the diverse practical needs of participants – whether they prefer financial independence or the security of fully provided day-to-day living arrangements during their training period.

A Clear Career Pathway - From Training to Employment

A key feature of the Trans ACNR Academy programme is its integrated recruitment pathway. Upon successful completion of the course, graduates are offered direct employment as Technicians within Trans ACNR Solutions – an established organisation in India’s transport HVAC sector.

The post-recruitment compensation structure is designed to support long-term commitment and professional growth:

Year of Employment

Monthly Salary

Additional Benefits

2nd Year (post-recruitment)

₹20,000 per month

Standard employment benefits

3rd Year (post-recruitment)

₹25,000 per month

Retention Bonus of ₹60,000 paid in four quarterly instalments of ₹15,000, commencing after completion of the 2nd year

The retention bonus – totalling ₹60,000 across the 3rd year of employment – reflects Trans ACNR’s commitment to recognising loyalty, reducing attrition, and rewarding technicians who invest in long-term professional development with the organisation.
