Trans ACNR Solutions Ltd. is an Indian transport air conditioning, transport refrigeration and thermal management solutions company serving the commercial vehicle, railway, defence and specialised mobility sectors. The company was established in 2003 with a focus on truck refrigeration systems and commenced its bus air conditioning business in 2004. It was incorporated as a private limited company in 2009. Since then, the company has expanded its product portfolio to include bus air conditioning systems, EV bus HVAC and thermal management solutions, truck cabin air conditioning systems, transport refrigeration units, EV thermal management systems, railway HVAC systems and defence HVAC solutions.
